Dr Raniga moved to Auckland in 1994 from Fiji to pursue his education. As a full member of the New Zealand Association of Orthodontists (NZAO), Dr Raniga loves “changing people’s lives by boosting their confidence and self-esteem”.

Dr Raniga’s education and professional history timeline: Graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Otago General dentist from 2001-2006, fostering an interest in orthodontics Began the University of Otago specialist doctorate programme in orthodontics in 2007 Completed Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons examinations Respected member of New Zealand Dental Association and Auckland Dental Association.
